Challenge: Dog Washing Machine
Invent a new way to wash dogs without getting your hands dirty.
Maybe you could use:
- robots
- pull switch hoses
- flexible poles
Draw a picture and write a short paragraph of writing about it.
For example:
My dog washer has a hose with three compartments in it. One is for soap, one is for water and one holds air. There are also three buttons, one says soap, one says water and one says dryer. You push what you want and hold the trigger, and wash the spot! This is my hose.

Challenge: Remote Island Shelter
Design Proposal
Think how you can:
- Build a shelter to protect you from
wild animals and likely weather
conditions
- Gather or hunt for food. Can you make
a device for catching animals or fish?
- Collect and store water.
- A campfire
Then design your island shelter and write a paragraph about it.
